Hi everyone,

We’ve had a request from a customer who’s interested in improving the design and flexibility of Cognexo email templates, and we thought this would be a great topic to open up to the wider community.

Many of you use email notifications to keep managers and employees informed about things like:

Question stacks and reminders
Engagement updates
Manager summaries
Campaign or survey notifications

While the current templates work well for most use cases, we know that every organisation communicates a little differently. Some customers would like:

More customisation options for layout and branding
Greater control over messaging and tone
Improved visual design and formatting
The ability to better align emails with internal communications standards
