Recognition doesn't have to mean another certificate buried in an inbox. If you haven't tried it yet (or haven't touched it in a while), Golden Ticket Awards are a fun way to celebrate the people showing up and engaging in your Cognexo programme and it takes less than 30 seconds.
Rather than always crowning the same top-of-the-leaderboard names, Golden Ticket Awards pull a random selection of winners from a pool of qualified candidates. You set the bar, a date range, engagement score, accuracy rate, question volume, department or cohort — and everyone who clears it goes into the draw. Set 5 winners and 100 people qualify? Five random names get pulled. It keeps things fair, a little unpredictable, and gives more people a real shot at being recognised, not just your usual front-runners.

A few ways teams have used it:
- A monthly "shoutout raffle" for anyone who hit their engagement target that period
- Celebrating a department-wide push - department/team winners
- A lighter alternative to always-the-same-leaderboard-winners recognition
