Welcome to the Cognexo Community — a space for L&D professionals, HR leaders, managers, and the people who make great workplaces happen. Whether you’re here to ask a question, share something that’s working, swap ideas with peers who get what you do, or just stay connected to what’s happening in your field, you’re in the right place.
Cognexo brought us all together, but this community is bigger than any one platform. It’s about the work we all do every day.
To keep this a place worth coming back to, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines.
Lead with generosity
The best communities are built by people who give before they take. Share what you know, celebrate what’s working, and don’t be shy about asking when you’re stuck. Whether it’s a question about Cognexo, a change management challenge, or something you’re figuring out in your organisation — someone here has probably been there.
Be respectful, always
This is a professional community made up of real people doing real jobs. Healthy debate is welcome — but challenge ideas, not people. Personal attacks, dismissive language, or anything that makes someone feel unwelcome won’t be tolerated and will be removed.
Keep it professional and relevant
This community is for L&D professionals, HR leaders, managers, and everyone who plays a part in making great workplaces happen. It’s not a sales floor or a soapbox. Please avoid:
- Personal attacks or harassment — treat others as you’d want to be treated.
- Spam or self-promotion — don’t use the community to promote external products, services, or agendas unrelated to our members’ professional lives.
- Pricing or commercial discussions — if you have a question about your Cognexo contract or licensing, reach out to your Customer Success Manager directly.
- Political or sensitive topics unrelated to work — keep the conversation focused on your professional world.
Protect confidential information
Many conversations in the community will involve real workplace challenges. Please don’t share confidential company information, personal employee details, or anything that could identify individuals or organisations without permission. When in doubt, anonymise your examples.
Share feedback constructively
Honest feedback about your experience with Cognexo’s platform, new features, and product updates is welcome. If something isn’t working for you, please tell us — but aim to keep feedback constructive and solution-focused so others can learn from it too.
Search before you post
Before creating a new thread, use the search bar — your question or idea may already have a home. Joining an existing conversation is just as valuable as starting a new one, and it keeps the community easy to navigate for everyone.
Be honest and give credit
If you’re sharing something you learned from a colleague, a course, or another source — say so. Be honest about your experiences, and don’t share anything you wouldn’t stand behind publicly.
Flag what doesn’t belong
If you spot a post that feels off — inaccurate, unkind, or just out of place — please flag it. You’re not starting trouble; you’re helping us look after this community for everyone.
What happens if guidelines aren’t followed?
Our team reviews all content and moderates all posts and comments. If something doesn’t meet these guidelines, we’ll remove it and may reach out to explain why. Repeated or serious violations may result in restricted access.
We’re not here to police — we’re here to protect the experience for everyone.
A note from us
This community exists because we believe the people using Cognexo every day have more insight, more experience, and more to offer each other than any single team ever could. Your contributions — questions, ideas, wins, and honest feedback — make this worth showing up for.
If you ever have thoughts on how the community itself could be better, post them. We’re listening.
