We've just released the Subject Matter Expert Dashboard out of production beta.
The dashboard is built around your topics. From the tile view you can see active vs suspended question counts, positive and negative feedback split, accuracy rates, and a RAG status at a glance. The "Questions for Review" section auto-flags content based on set thresholds: three or more negative feedback items in 30 days, 95%+ accuracy rate (which often means too easy), or under 10% accuracy (too hard). When something gets flagged you can acknowledge it, which hides it for 30 days while you work a fix.
A few things worth knowing as you get started.
All new content drafts by default. It sits in draft until an Admin approves it for production. There's a before/after comparison view so reviewers can see exactly what changed before pushing anything live. Pre-learning can sit in front of any question now, with full markdown support and an open-book option so learners can refer back to it during the question itself.
The new question types are worth exploring: ordered answers (drag into sequence), matching pairs (connect terms to definitions), and image maps (click a location on an image). Particularly useful for process-heavy or compliance topics where standard multiple choice doesn't fit the content.
