If you have more than one persona in Cognexo, some of your dashboards may show less data than you expect.
For example, this can happen for admin users who are both a Line Manager (LM) and a Subject Matter Expert (SME). When someone holds both personas, the LM persona takes precedence. As a result, their SME dashboard shows data only for their direct reports, not for everyone in their topic.
The workaround
You can create a new persona for these users in the Security Centre that combines both views. You can create a new persona that allows an admin user restricted access to the portal but only see:
- Data for their direct reports
- Question data for all users in their topic
