What do the levels and ranks in Cognexo mean? (Learner, Improver, Expert, and Master)

Cognexo categorises users into four distinct levels, each indicating a different stage of proficiency and expertise:

Learner:

  • At the Learner level, individuals are at the initial stages of acquiring knowledge in a particular topic or subject.
  • They are in the process of familiarising themselves with the subject matter and may require training, education, or additional experience to enhance their proficiency.
  • Learners are open to acquiring new knowledge and are building expertise over time.

Improver:

  • Individuals at the Improver level are progressing towards becoming experts.
  • They possess a good understanding of the subject matter but seek further experience and development to reach higher levels.
  • Improvers actively seek opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills, consistently making strides in their professional growth.

Expert:

  • At the Expert level, individuals demonstrate a strong and extensive grasp of the topic.
  • They have deep knowledge and can proficiently apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
  • Experts are capable of providing guidance, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues related to their field.
  • While not yet at the pinnacle of mastery, they are highly competent and reliable in their area of expertise.

Master:

  • Individuals at the Master level possess an exceptional and comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
  • They exhibit a high level of expertise and can effectively apply their knowledge in various contexts.
  • Masters often serve as the go-to resource for guidance, problem-solving, and innovative solutions.
  • They not only understand the subject matter thoroughly but also contribute significantly to its advancement and application.
