Access to Survey data is not automatically viewable in the Intelligence Portal for users with a login.

If a user needs permission to see Survey data, start by clicking Topics and Questions in the Management Portal and click on the survey:
Click on Survey Access Permissions on the left of the screen:
Click on Add Permission:
As in the image above, add the user’s email address and tick the boxes for Aggregated Results and/or User Results (Limited Access) as required
Press Save Changes

Aggregated Results: allows access to aggregated survey results. Does not include access to individual user responses User Results: allows access to individual user responses (excludes the results of any masked questions) |
If the user no longer requires access to the survey, simply press Remove
