How to cancel a future Broadcast

In the example below, a broadcast has been scheduled to go to 17 users on June 1, 2026. However, the broadcast now needs to be cancelled on the 1st

To get started:

Click on Topics & Questions

Click on Future Questions

As in the image above, you will now be looking at all future broadcasts that have been scheduled.

It might be the case that more than one broadcast is scheduled for future delivery. In these cases, you will need to filter only the broadcast that you want to cancel.

Assuming that it is the only broadcast set for a particular date, you can use Filter by date

If there are other broadcasts scheduled to go out on the same day, use Filter by content and type the first line of the broadcast that you want to cancel.

Once you have filtered on the broadcast that you want to cancel, select the users for which you want to stop the broadcast going out. As you can see, you can select individuals or all users.

When you have selected the relevant user, click on Deleted Selected

As the image below confirms, the broadcast has now been cancelled

To reschedule the broadcast to a different date, please see section 3 in Sending a Broadcast – Cognexo
