You can view engagement in several ways within the system:
- From the dashboard, locate the Engagement tile
- Click on Engagement Summary to get an overview of the month's engagement.
Use date filters to analyze engagement trends month by month through a line graph.
- Scroll down the Engagement Summary to find:
- An overview All Users tile showing KPIs set against engagement metrics.
- Learner activity heatmap indicating when users are most active in answering questions.
- Streak Leaders displaying users with the longest streaks.
- Learner engagement distribution, detailing how many users are at each engagement level.
- Learners Below Engagement KPI, listing those not meeting engagement targets set by the business.
- Learners at Full Stack, listing those with ten or more unanswered questions.
