Users can provide feedback on all questions they receive, whether positive or negative. All feedback is valuable as it helps us improve the quality of future questions.
To leave feedback, you must first answer the question in Cognexo. Once the question has been submitted, a “Click here to leave feedback” link will appear below the answer explanation.
The user will then be able to state whether they liked or disliked the question.
Users can provide free-text comments for all feedback options. This feedback is then sent to the relevant topic owner, who can review the responses and make any necessary amendments to the questions.
