You can view all past questions delivered to a user by following these steps:
- Click the People tab in the top navigation bar.
- Use the search functionality to search for the user or scroll through to find the user's tile.
- Click on View Details for the selected user to access their People profile.
- Click on the Question History tab.
Here, you will see the full history of every question ever sent to that user. The information displayed includes:
- Difficulty rating of the question
- The actual question delivered
- The topic from which the question was delivered
- Delivered date
- Answered date
- Delivered time
- Answered time
- Time zone in which it was answered
- Whether the question was answered correctly or incorrectly
Additionally, you can export all of this data into Excel by clicking the Export Data button at the top of the columns.
