Logging absence as a user:
After completing their daily questions and returning to the PQE dashboard, users can manage their annual leave within Cognexo. By selecting the Manage button in the top right corner, they can access the area where all personal leave is handled. Within the Manage tab, users can choose and submit specific dates for their leave, which will then be displayed on the PQE dashboard calendar for easy visibility and tracking. Users can also cancel their leave through the same process used to submit it.
Logging absence as a manager:
Managers cannot book annual leave on behalf of users within Cognexo. This ensures that users take responsibility for managing their own learning journey and scheduling leave accordingly.
If a user is already on leave and has not recorded it in the system but would like their questions paused, a manager can temporarily suspend the user’s account for the duration of their leave.
Managers also receive a monthly holiday report, allowing them to monitor and track annual leave taken throughout the month.
