The Topic Performance tab in Cognexo provides a company-wide view of each topic's accuracy rates and answer counts. Users can access it via the Knowledge Topics section. The table shows percentage scores, counts of correct (green dot) and incorrect answers (red dot), with row colors indicating performance bands from red (0–25%) to green (75–100%). Features include filtering columns, exporting data, and sorting by performance to identify areas needing attention.
How do I get there?
- Log in to Cognexo
- Click Knowledge in the top navigation bar
- Select Knowledge Topics
- Click the Topic Performance tab at the top of the page
What will I see?
The table lists each of your active topics as a row. For each topic you'll see:

What do the background colours mean?
The Performance Indicators key at the top of the page explains the colour bands:

What else can i do in the Topic Performance tab?
- Filter Columns — show or hide specific columns in the table (e.g. if you've grouped by Division or Department, you can select which groups to display)
- Export Data — downloads your topic performance data as a CSV/Excel file, useful for sharing with stakeholders or deeper analysis
- Focus On — use this dropdown to sort the table by Lowest Performance or Highest Performance to quickly surface topics that need attention
Tips
💡 Use Focus On: Lowest Performance to quickly identify which topics your teams are struggling with most, then use that to inform coaching conversations or content updates.
💡 Click Export Data to take a snapshot of performance at a point in time — great for progress reviews and deeper analysis.
