You can easily compare scorings, levels, and ranks across different groupings in Cognexo by following these steps:
- Click on the Develop tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select KPI Overview from the options available.
View Topic Rankings and Levels:
- Here, you will see a list of all the topics in the system along with their respective ranks or levels.
- The overview uses a colour-coded traffic light system (green, amber, and red) to indicate whether someone is within KPI, working towards KPI, or below KPI.
Segment the Data:
- Use the Groupings Filter located in the top right-hand corner to further segment the data.
- Select any tag that you have in the system. Tags automatically generate groups (e.g., a department tag will create a department group).
Group Data by Tags:
- Once you select a tag, you will see the topics listed in the rows and the groups (e.g., departments) in the columns.
- This view will show the ranks and levels for each group and topic.
Analyse and Focus:
- This segmented data allows you to pinpoint where to focus your learning and development or talent resources effectively.
- Identify bottlenecks or training requirements within your organisation by seeing where specific groups are performing well or falling behind.
This feature provides a comprehensive way to monitor and compare performance metrics across various teams, divisions, countries, or line managers, enabling you to make data-driven decisions for improvement and resource allocation.
