You can view all past questions delivered to a user by following these steps:
- Click the People tab in the top navigation bar.
- Use the search functionality to search for the user or scroll through to find the user's tile.
- Click on View Profile on the selected user to access their profile.
- Click on the Question History tab.
Here, you will see the full history of every question ever sent to that user. The information displayed includes:
- Difficulty rating of the question
- The actual question delivered
- The topic from which the question was delivered
- Delivered date
- Answered date
- Delivered time
- Answered time
- Time zone in which it was answered (Hover over this icon to see the time zone)
- Whether the question was answered correctly or incorrectly - Additionally, there is a dropdown on the far right that allows you to view the available answer options and see which answer the user selected.
Additionally, you can export all of this data into Excel by clicking the Export Data button at the top of the columns.
