You can ensure that specific question in a topic are sent out to users in a pre-set order.
To do this, click on Delivery and then select Ordered Delivery
The current questions will appear below Ordered Delivery Configuration
Scroll through the questions and set the number in the Delivery Order box (as in the image below) in the order that you want them to go out.
Once you have put the questions into a delivery order, go to the bottom of the screen and click on Save Changes:
