We use the Bank Holiday data available in each user's region settings to determine when to pause content. If there is a public holiday in your region, Cognexo will not deliver any questions on that day. This ensures users aren't expected to engage during recognised time off.
Where can I see upcoming public holidays?
To view which public holidays apply to a specific user:
- Go to People.
- Click on the user’s profile.
- Navigate to the Audit tab.
- Select Bank Holidays tab.
What do I need to do?
Nothing! This feature is automated and works in the background based on each user’s assigned region. If you need to update someone’s region, you can do so within their profile.
