Cognexo Mobile App

Follow these steps to download and set up the app on your device.

Step 1: Download the App

Open your device's App Store. For iOS, use the App Store; for Android, use the Google Play Store. Search for "Cognexo" and download the app. or click the 'Use Cognexo Mobile App' at the bottom of every question page (if enabled in your account).

Step 2: Get the QR Code or OTC

Log in to the Intelligence Portal using your browser. Go to the People tab in the top navigation bar, search for the user, select User Management and click 'Invite to App (iOS & Android)' to Generate and send the QR code or OTC.

Step 3: Set Up the App

Open the Cognexo app on your device. Scan the QR code or enter the OTC you received. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
