How can I view a user's streak history?

You can view a user's streak history in several places:

Engagement Summary:

  • Navigate to the Engagement tab in the top navigation bar.
  • Click Engagement Summary.
  • Scroll down to the streak leaderboard to see the user's position.
  • Use the filter in the top right corner to filter the data for a specific user, department, or any other segment.

People Profile:

  • Go to the People tab in the top navigation bar.
  • Search for the user in the search bar or scroll through the users.
  • Select View Details to go to their people profile.
  • On the Performance tab, you will see the learner's streak, showing their current streak and previous best streak.
  • You can also see their past streaks in the Audit tab under Streaks

Note: If you have it enable don your account, you will be able to restore the users streaks from the audit page too.
