How do I view engagement?

You can view engagement in several ways within the system:

  • From the dashboard, locate the middle tile in the top row to get an overview of the month's engagement.
  • Use date filters to analyze engagement trends month by month through a line graph.
  • Navigate to the Engagement tab in the top navigation bar and click Engagement Summary. You can also access this by clicking View More on the dashboard tile.
  • In the Engagement Summary, you'll find:
    • An overview tile similar to the dashboard, showing KPIs set against engagement metrics.
    • Learner activity heatmap indicating when users are most active in answering questions.
    • Streak leaders displaying users with the longest streaks.
    • Option to export and view full leaderboards.
    • Learner engagement distribution, detailing how many users are at each engagement level.
    • Users below KPI, listing those not meeting engagement targets set by the business.
