How do I view the best time to deliver a question?

To determine the best time to deliver a question:

  • Navigate to the Engagement tab in the top navigation bar.
  • Scroll down to Learner Activity to view a heatmap displaying peak times when users are most active in answering questions.
  • Use this information to optimize question notification timing accordingly.
