How do I view historical topic data and analyse question responses?

To view historical topic data and analyse question responses:

  1. Navigate to the Develop tab in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select the topic you want to view by clicking View More on the topic tile.
  3. You will see three tabs: Knowledge, Analyse Responses and Question Detail. Under these tabs, you will find:
    • Knowledge:
      • Active Questions: Number of active questions in that topic.
      • Correct Answers: Number of times someone has answered those questions correctly.
      • Incorrect Answers: Number of times someone has answered those questions incorrectly.
      • Knowledge Rank Over Time: Month-by-month view of how the topic is performing based on the selected date filter, showing trends up, down, or plateaued.
      • Recent Knowledge Ranks: Distribution of users in each rank and level (Learners, Improvers, Experts, Masters).
      • Focus Areas: Users dropping ranks and levels.
      • Most Improved: Users increasing their ranks and levels.
      • Knowledge Embedding Over Time: Percentage of correct and total questions answered in a line graph showing trends.
      • Leaderboard: Top performers (gold, silver, bronze) and everyone else in that topic's leaderboard.
    • Analyse Responses:
      • View every question in the topic along with the options for each question.
      • See the number of times each option has been selected.
      • See the number of correct and incorrect answers for each question.
      • View the difficulty rating for each question.
      • Export summaries and user data to see individual user responses.
    • Question Detail:
      • Select a question to see its performance over time in a line graph.
      • Analyse trends in competency, whether increasing or decreasing month by month.
