How to view all past questions delivered to a user?

You can view all past questions delivered to a user by following these steps:

  • Click the People tab in the top navigation bar.
  • Use the search functionality to search for the user or scroll through to find the user's tile.
  • Click on View Details for the selected user to access their People profile.
  • Click on the Question History tab.

Here, you will see the full history of every question ever sent to that user. The information displayed includes:

  • Difficulty rating of the question
  • The actual question delivered
  • The topic from which the question was delivered
  • Delivered date
  • Answered date
  • Delivered time
  • Answered time
  • Time zone in which it was answered
  • Whether the question was answered correctly or incorrectly

Additionally, you can export all of this data into Excel by clicking the Export Data button at the top of the columns.
