Golden Ticket – Awards and Recognition
Overview
The Golden Ticket Winners feature in Cognexo allows you to recognise top-performing users based on specific criteria. This functionality is available under the Awards and Recognition section within the Develop tab on the top navigation bar.
By setting your own criteria, you can select and reward individuals, departments, or divisions based on engagement, accuracy, and activity within Cognexo.
Setting Criteria for Golden Ticket Winners
To generate a list of winners, you can apply various filters:
Date Filters
- Filter users based on their activity within a specific date range.
Key Performance Criteria
- Number of Winners: The only mandatory field. Choose how many winners you want (e.g., 5, 10, or all eligible users).
- Engagement Score: Define a threshold (e.g., users with an engagement score below 3 days).
- Correct Answer Percentage: Set a minimum accuracy rate (e.g., users who answered at least 75% of questions correctly).
- Number of Questions Answered: Specify the minimum number of questions answered during the selected period (e.g., at least 60 questions in a quarter).
Grouping Data
- Instead of selecting individuals, you can rank winners by department, division, or cohort.
- Divisions: Select winners from one or multiple divisions.
- Departments: Choose users from a specific department.
- Cohorts: Target users within a defined group.
Generating Winners
- Set the desired filters and criteria.
- Click Generate Winners.
- Cognexo will randomly select winners from the users that match your criteria.
- If 100 users match but you set 5 winners, only 5 random users will be pulled.
- If you select all eligible users, the system will return the full list.
Golden Ticket Winners Data Output
Once the winners are generated, the system provides the following details for each selected user:
- First Name & Surname
- Email Address
- Engagement Score during the selected period
- Percentage of Correct Answers
- Number of Questions Answered
