From any team member's dashboard tile, click to access their complete question history. This opens an expanded view showing:
- Complete 14-day activity timeline
- Specific questions answered on each date
- Performance breakdown by knowledge topic
- Worst to best performing areas ranked by percentile competency
Interpreting the Data
Activity Timeline: Shows engagement patterns over the past 14 days
- Example: "2 questions answered on the 28th, 6 on the 1st" - this means there were missed questions in between.
- Look for consistency gaps or sudden changes in activity
Topic Performance Ranking:
- Top: Areas needing immediate coaching and support
- Bottom: Strong performance areas suitable for recognition
